You can contact the K Senn Help Desk by:

  1. Visiting https://ksennhelp.zendesk.com
  2. Send an Email to:  [email protected]
  3. Call 855-546-7804
  4. Use the Pink Help Button below.

Detailed Instructions

  1. Create an Account - Ksenn Help Desk users are able to create a unique account to enter and monitor support requests.  The first step is to create a user account at Go to  https://ksennhelp.zendesk.com. Click The Sign Up link. Enter your full name, email address, type the text displayed in the window and click Sign Up.  A verification email will be sent to the address provided. Click the link and enter a password to finalize the account setup.  Passwords must be a minimum of 5 characters.  This option will allow you to manage your requests and see updates on open tickets.
  2. Send us an Email – You may also submit support requests by sending an email to: [email protected].  By choosing this method it will automatically create a ticket when you send us an email.  Be sure to include as much detail as possible when using this method to ensure we can expedite your ticket.
  3. Give Support a Call - If you would rather call support to request help you can call us at (855) 546-7804.  If an agent is unavailable, you can leave a message and it will create a support ticket with your voice mail so we can reach back out to you.  Again, please leave a detailed message regarding your issue to ensure we have the information necessary to help you with your request.
